Yes, but depending on the state your order is in, you should contact us or the carrier. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can modify your shipping address without problems by calling 936895330 or sending an email to [email protected].
If your order is already in the hands of the transport company, you will have to wait for them to send you the delivery notice by SMS to manage the change of address or delivery date.

If you paid shipping costs, these costs will not be refunded.
We accept returns within a maximum period of 30 calendar days after you receive the item.
From 20 November, the return period is extended until 30 January so that you can return your Black Friday and Christmas purchases with peace of mind.

Yes. Although it is not a common occurrence, Bosanova will cancel your order whenever the item is out of stock, in bad condition, or when it detects a problem with the payment or delivery address. The most common reason for cancellation is that your size is not available at the time the order is processed.
If your order (or part of it) is cancelled, we'll refund you to the same account you used at the time of purchase.
Remember that the refund always depends on your bank or PayPal. This process may take a few days depending on the communication between the banks.
